Hidden prices
Hourly billing and “call for a quote” make owners fear the bill, so they delay or pick the cheapest option.
Brand and website for a small-business accounting firm, built to win clients searching for a CPA who answers the phone.

Tallywick is a brand and website for a small-business accounting firm in Austin, Texas. We built it to show how a professional-services firm can make its price, its process and its people clear enough that a prospect books a call without shopping around.
Business owners choose an accountant on trust, yet most firm websites look the same: stock photos of handshakes, a list of services and “contact us for a quote”. The questions owners actually ask (what will it cost, will you answer the phone, will I get a surprise tax bill) go unanswered.
Hourly billing and “call for a quote” make owners fear the bill, so they delay or pick the cheapest option.
Generic stock imagery and service lists give nobody a reason to choose one firm over another.
When owners ask an assistant for an accountant, it recommends firms that state services, prices and areas served plainly.
Foundation first, in this order, so each step makes the next one work harder.
Calm, predictable finances: books closed by the 10th, taxes never a surprise.
Tally marks crossed into a T: a mark that says counting, not corporate.
Three fixed monthly plans on the site, with exactly what each includes.
Three questions give a fixed price before anyone books a call.
Services, prices, areas served and CPA credentials in plain language and structured data.
Four tally strokes crossed in mint form the mark. Navy for trust, a bright blue for every action, and a grotesk that reads well in numbers.
The headline makes the promise; the client-portal preview shows what monthly accounting actually looks like.

Three plans with everything they include. Showing prices filters out poor fits and builds trust with good ones.

Transactions, payroll and sales tax give a fixed monthly price. A CPA follows up within one business day.

Owners check their books between jobs. Pricing and the quote work just as well on a phone.
