01The month in one paragraph

September was your best month so far: 133 new patients, 10% more than August and 3.7× the 36 a month you averaged before we started in March. AI assistants sent 24 of them, up from 2 in March, and ChatGPT now recommends you for 13 of the 24 questions we track. Paid search booked 14 patients at £82 each.

Every booking is traced to the channel that brought it. Organic search is still the biggest source; AI assistants are the fastest-growing.

03What AI assistants say about you

Each week we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot the 24 questions your patients ask, and record whether you’re recommended. In March you appeared in 3; this month, 14.

06Paid search

£1,150 spent on Google Ads brought 14 new patients: £82 each, worth about £3,640 at your average new-patient value, a return of 3.2× on the spend.

07What we did in September

  • Published two guides that answer the questions patients ask assistants: “Physio or sports massage?” and “What a first physio appointment involves”.
  • Added treatment prices and insurer information to the website in a format AI assistants can read and quote.
  • Launched the missed-call text-back: every unanswered call gets a booking link within a minute.
  • Moved £150 of ad budget from “physiotherapy” to “sports physio Bristol”, which books at a third of the cost.
  • Replied to all 18 new Google reviews within a day.

08Planned for October

  • Insurer page and a clearer answer on cover, to win the “physio that accepts insurance” question.
  • Evening-appointment content and opening hours in structured data, for “open late” questions.
  • A reactivation email for patients not seen in 12 months, written and scheduled in the automation.

09How we measure

Bookings come from your booking system and call tracking, matched to the visit that led to them. AI visibility is checked weekly with the same 24 questions, asked logged out from a Bristol location. Revenue is estimated as new patients × £260, the average value of a first course of treatment you gave us. This is a sample report: every figure is illustrative, not a result for Kestrelmoor Physiotherapy.
